Insecurity: 50 bandits killed in another air, ground attacks in Kaduna

The Kaduna State government has disclosed that more than 50 bandits were killed during a joint operation of air and ground troops in Birnin Gwari LGA of the State. This was contained in a statement issued yesterday by the State’s Commissioner for Internal Security, Samuel Aruwan. One police officer has been killed and two patrol vehicles burnt following an attack on the Ohauku Divisional Headquarters of the Ebonyi State Police Command by suspected gunmen. About twelve persons were killed by suspected bandits who stormed Sakajiki village, in Kauran Namoda local government area of Zamfara State.
