Banditry: Task Force arrests over 1,000 suspects with 200 kegs of fuel in Zamfara

The Zamfara State Task Force committee on the activities of banditry has arrested over 1,000 suspects with 200 jerry cans of petrol in their possession across the State. Speaking during an interview on Saturday in Gusau, the task Force committee chairman, Abubakar Dauran, said those arrested were arraigned before a mobile court set up in the State. Banditry: Zamfara residents flee as bandits attack ten communities in one week

No fewer than ten communities in Zurmi local government area of Zamfara State have been attacked by armed bandits within a week. The villages affected were Yanbuki, Bindin, Kadamutsa, Gidan-Zago, Marmaro, Dada, Maduba, Kacha, Huhu, Dangasamu, Hushin-Dusti. ICC Prosecutor to probe abduction of school children in Northern States

The International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor, Karim A. Khan, has expressed its readiness to investigate kidnappings in northern Nigeria, closure of schools, and the persistent failure of the federal and State authorities to end such. Niger: Bandits kidnap 30 travelling passengers

Armed bandits have allegedly kidnapped over 30 passengers at Garun-Gabas, in Rafi local government area of Niger State.
