The Zamfara State Task Force committee on the activities of banditry has arrested over 1,000 suspects with 200 jerry cans of petrol in their possession across the State. Speaking during an interview on Saturday in Gusau, the task Force committee chairman, Abubakar Dauran, said those arrested were arraigned before a mobile court set up in the State. No fewer than ten communities in Zurmi local government area of Zamfara State have been attacked by armed bandits within a week.
