Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani, has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to intensify efforts in communicating the achievements of the party, warning that opposition elements are allegedly working to destabilize the country.

Speaking in a recent address during a strategic meeting with the 36 state coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) convened by
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the Governor stressed the need for party loyalists and supporters to actively engage citizens and counter what he described as “deliberate misinformation and incitement” by opposition groups.
According to him, the APC-led administration has made significant strides in key sectors, but these gains risk being overshadowed if the party fails to effectively tell its story to Nigerians. “We must not allow those plotting anarchy to dominate the narrative. It is our responsibility to engage the public and present the facts about what this government is doing”, he said.
Sani further alleged that certain opposition actors are exploiting Nigeria’s security and economic challenges to create tension and undermine public confidence in government institutions.
He urged party stakeholders at all levels to adopt more strategic communication approaches, including grassroots mobilization and digital engagement, to ensure that citizens are well-informed about ongoing reforms and development efforts.
The Governor also reiterated his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that the administration remains committed to addressing national challenges and delivering on its mandate despite what he described as “coordinated distractions”.
The high-level meeting, seen as a major signal of the early mobilization efforts for the next general election cycle, brought together key figures within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Among those in attendance were Vice-President Kashim Shettima, APC governors from across the federation, the party’s National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, as well as other senior party leaders and political stakeholders.
