A Plateau State High Court has ruled that a Hausa person born and raised in Jos-North local government area can be recognised as an indigene of the area and is entitled to an indigene certificate. The 10th House of Representatives has taken a major step toward the establishment of state police, as lawmakers passed a Bill seeking its creation for further legislative consideration during yesterday’s plenary session.
