…Proceeds to bandits den in Birnin-Gwari to commiserate with victims of attacks
The All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has arrived in Kaduna State ahead of todays North-West flag-off of the presidential and governorship rally of the ruling party in the State.

Tinubu, APC presidential candidate, who was accompanied by his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, the Director General of APC Presidential Campaign Council and Governor of Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong, Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Atiku Bagudu and Abubakar Badaru, Governors of Kebbi and Jigawa respectively, arrived at the Dana Airport in Kaduna around 2:30 pm.

There were received by Governor Nasir el-Rufai and the States APC governorship candidate, Senator Uba Sani, along with other top government functionaries. The Asiwaju then proceeded to Birnin-Gwari Local Government Area to commiserate with the victims of recent bandits attacks.
Recall that Birnin-Gwari local government area is one of the areas worst-hit by bandits attacks in the State.
Tinubu, who wore a blue ‘agbada, was seen waving to party loyalists who gathered at the venue to receive him. He was scheduled to meet with stakeholders last night ahead of the campaign rally today.
