President Muhammadu Buhari’s top ally and a former National Chairman, The Buhari Organisation, (TBO), Abdulmajid Danbilki Kwamanda, has created a new APC Akida in Kano, following irreconcilable differences with the leadership of the ruling party in the State.

Briefing newsmen on the emerging development yesterday in Kano, Danbilki Kwamanda accused Governor Ganduje and the APC State caretaker Chairman, Abdullahi Abbas, of strangulating the party with unpopular and undemocratic terms.
The APC stalwart, known to have championed President Buhari’s ideologies since 2003 when the President first contested under the former All Progressives Party, (APP), said the duo should be held responsible for sacrificing the party’s unity on the altar of selfishness.
Danbilki Kwamanda’s press conference was against the backdrop of his purported suspension from the party by officials of Kano Municipal wards.
Although he has denied knowledge of the suspension, he was quick to add that the APC is a party founded by the law and it has its mechanisms of addressing issues bordering on discipline.

He said one could not be suspended or sacked from a Party without given a fair hearing. He, therefore, dismissed the action of local party officials as null and void.
Kwamanda explained further: “The actions of the Governor as well as the Party caretaker chairman, which favours imposition in place of standard democratic practices, clearly negate the principles of democratic norms and internal politicking”.
“We have already designed our movements and how we are going to ensure that our new APC Akida makes it to the Government House come 2023”, he declared.
