Chairman of Northern Governors Forum and Governor of Plateau, Simon Lalong, has inaugurated a 30-member Special Committee on Youth and Civil Societies development in the region. The committee was inaugurated on Wednesday in Kaduna, with the Emir of Zazzau, Alhaji Ahmad Nuhu-Bamalli, as chairman.
