The Supreme Court will today, Monday, December 16, determine the fate of President Bola Tinubu in a fresh suit seeking his removal from office as Nigerias leader. The new suit, marked: SC/CV/667/2023 is praying the apex court to sack Tinubu on two major grounds of alleged non-qualification to hold office as Nigerias President, and usurpation of the same office against the laws of the country.
