Godwin Amunde Former Zamfara State governor and aspirant for the office of national Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdulaziz Yari, has descibed Sani Shinkafi, an aide of the present Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle, as a nuisance and errand boy of some �disgruntled elements.� Shinkafi, who is the Special Adviser on Intergovernmental Affairs to Gov.
