The embattled and suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) in Adamawa State, Hudu Yunusa-Ari, has been arrested. Recall that Yunusa-Ari was declared wanted after he declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), A’ishatu Binani, the winner of Adamawa governorship election before the conclusion of collation of results of the supplementary polls conducted across the state.
