The President spoke virtually yesterday during the ground-breaking ceremony of three projects, namely: the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Port Harcourt– Maiduguri Eastern Narrow Gauge railway project, Bonny Deep Sea Port and Railway Industrial Park, Port-Harcourt.
