Rights group, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, (HURIWA), has kicked against the appointment of Ahmed Halilu, older brother to the First Lady, A’isha Buhari, as the Managing Director of Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company, (NSPMC) Plc.
