United Bank for Africa, (UBA), under Tony Elumelu, has fraudulently diverted a princely sum of N3.9 billion NSEI funds, according to the Jim Obazee report on the activities of the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN) under its former governor, Godwin Emefiele.
