Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has paid a private visit to former Head of State, Ibrahim Babangida, popular known as IBB), at his Hilltop residence in Minna, Niger state. Obasanjo was accompanied from the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport in Minna by Government House protocol officials. The former president spent about 30 minutes in a closed-door meeting with Babangida before returning to the airport. Retirees in Niger on Wednesday stormed the Government House, Minna to protest the non-payment of their gratuity for the past eight years. The Police Command in Niger says it has arrested 10 suspects from different parts of the state over alleged armed robbery, Kidnapping and possession of Indian Hemp.
