Kebbi State governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, has signed into law, a Bill for life imprisonment for rapists and death sentence for kidnappers in the State. The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has intercepted 73 locally manufactured guns and 891 cartridges at Yauri, Zamare waterside, in Kebbi State.
