The Kaduna State Government has announced that its Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) will only offer services to residents who have the Kaduna Residents Card, or the National Identification Number, (NIN), as from May 1st, 2021. The Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Residents Registration Agency, (KADSRRA), Dr. Zayyad Tsiga, who made this known yesterday in a news conference, said to achieve 100% enrolment of Kaduna State Residents into the National Database in the nearest future, there will be additional enrolment centres in all the 255 wards in the State.…
