The Republic of Sudan says it will hand longtime leader Omar al-Bashir to the International Criminal Court, (ICC), along with other officials wanted over the Darfur conflict, its Foreign Minister, Mariam al-Mahdi said yesterday. The cabinet decided to hand over wanted officials to the ICC, Mahdi was quoted as saying by State media. The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, (ICC), has issued a preliminary determination to investigate Nigerian security forces over allegations of crimes against humanity and war crimes, the Agence France Presse (AFP) reported yesterday.
