The Federal Road Safety Corps, (FRSC), says it has begun ‘Operation RAID’ on recalcitrant road traffic offenders in the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT). The Corps-Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, (FRSC), Boboye Oyeyemi, has directed commanding officers across all formations to commence immediate impoundment, arrest and prosecution of owners of rickety vehicles nationwide. In a statement issued yesterday, the Corps spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem, warned the public that severe punishment awaits anyone apprehended in the act. Police arrest man for stealing FRSC van in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has nabbed a suspect, Hamisu Tukur, for allegedly stealing a vehicle belonging to the Federal Road Safety Corps headquarters stationed at Sky Memorial, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.
