Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, on Tuesday, expressed his resolve “to combat all forms of election rigging, including the menace of vote-buying”. Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has asked the United Kingdom and the European Union to take a cue from the United States and place a visa ban on election riggers in Nigeria.
