Katsina State Governor, Umar Dikko Radda, has lamented that terrorists have taken over a number of schools across the State. Radda made this known at the 7th and 8th combined convocation ceremony of the Federal University, Dutsinma (FUDMA), Katsina State over the weekend, while promising that his administration would decimate these terrorists and would not relent. Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, has launched the ‘Katsina State Community Watch Corps‘, which will complement efforts by security agencies to curb armed banditry and kidnapping in the State.
