A 25-year-old Kaduna-based businessman, Muhammed Kadade Suleiman, has emerged as the National Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), at its just-concluded National Convention. Suleiman, who hails from Kaduna State, polled 3,072 votes to beat his challenger Usman Elkudan, who scored 219 votes.
