Pioneer Chairman of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Alhaji (Dr.) Ahmed Tijjani Ramalan, has congratulated Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho as the new Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority, (NPA).
