Kwara State government has initiated a fresh legal battle against former Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, and the former Governor of the state, Abdulfatah Ahmed. The authorities filed a 20-count charge against the two political heavyweights, accusing them of culpable homicide and criminal conspiracy in connection with the tragic 2018 Offa bank robbery. Also joined in the suit are Yusuf AbdulWahab, who served as Ahmed’s Chief of Staff, and Alabi Olalekan, a former aide to the governor.
