Bandits in Taraba State have reportedly killed three abducted siblings after collecting N60 million ransom from their father, alongside a motorcycle rider.
A source disclosed that the killing of the abducted children took place on Christmas Day, at a forest near Garin-Dogo, in the Lau local government area of the State.
According to the source, The abductors initially requested N100m from the father of the children, who is a cattle-dealer, identified as Alhaji Musa, but later settled for N60m after negotiation.
The source explained that the motorcycle rider who the kidnappers killed was hired to deliver the ransom to the abductors after they had killed the three siblings.
The victims were buried in the village on Monday
The State’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Usman Abdullahi, has confirmed the killings of the victims.
