Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, on Wednesday assured Nigerians that if elected as the president of the country, he would ensure that enormous challenges facing the divided country become past tense.

Atiku promised that no part of the country would be marginalized in his government.
The former Vice President, who spoke at the PDP Presidential campaign rally in Osogbo, said he would unify and stabilise Nigeria if elected as the President by running an all inclusive government that will give every part of the country a sense of belonging.
Speaking earlier at the occasion, the promoters of the various PDP support groups took turns to speak at the rally as they all pledged their loyalty and support to the Atiku/Okowa Presidential ticket and other PDP candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
Also speaking at the rally, the National Chairman of PDP, Senator Iyorchia Ayu, said that Nigeria doesn’t need an experimental President at this point in time, adding that most Nigerians will not enjoy Christmas because of the APC.

Ayu also berated how the sitting government made the cost of living became unbearable for Nigerians, adding, “Nigeria is the most borrowed country in the world. That means everybody in Abuja is suffering. Housing construction, which the PDP was doing rapidly, has virtually halted. The cost of building materials is so enormous”.
