The Northern Media Forum, (NMF), has said that Nigeria’s media industry is now poorer with the death of the Publisher and Chairman of Leadership newspaper, Sam Nda Isaiah, who passed on last weekend. Tributes, eulogies are pouring in following the death of  the renowned publisher for Leadership newspapers, Sam Nda-Isaiah, who died on Friday due to COVID-19 complications, aged 58.In a condolence message to his family, the Northern Governors’ Forum (NGF) described the Late journalist as a visionary man who believed in the unity, peace and progress of Nigeria.According to the Forum, Nda-Isaiah used his writing and contributions to call for a strong democratic culture. Former President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan also commiserated with the Nda-Isaiah’s family and the management of Leadership newspapers on…

Just in! Sam Nda-Isaiah, Publisher of Leadership newspaper, dies at 58

The publisher of Leadership newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah, is dead. He was aged 58. Sources disclosed that he passed on at about 10.00pm yesterday, after complaining of feeling unwell earlier in the day. Nda-Isaiah had attended the meeting of the Newspapers Proprietors Association of Nigeria (NPAN) last week in Lagos. The Niger State-born pharmacist attended the University of Ife and once aspired to be president on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Details to follow…
