NBTE says HND holders to be employed as assistant lecturers in polytechnics

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) said on Monday that holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) would soon be employed as Assistant Lecturers in Polytechnics and Monotechnics. Polytechnic lecturers to begin nationwide strike April 6

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, (ASUP), has declared a nationwide strike from April 6, 2021 over alleged “culture of neglect by the government on issues affecting the technological education sub-sector”.
