Nigeria’s fragile oil and gas sector is once again mired in controversy as multiple industry insiders accuse the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Heineken Lokpobiri, of illegally demanding bribes from companies and stalling approvals for the extension of Petroleum Prospecting Licences.
