Kidnapping, Violent Crimes: Delta security outfit gets December launch date

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta has said that the states security outfit, Operation Delta Hawk, created to tackle kidnapping and other violent crimes, including farmers-herders clashes, would commence operations before Christmas.
