The National Union of Electricity Employees, (NUEE), has threatened a nationwide shutdown in response to allegations that armed police officers attacked employees of the Transmission Company of Nigeria at the Egbu 132/33 kV Transmission Sub-station in Imo State. The National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE) yesterday directed its members to withdraw their services nationwide over the sudden removal of fuel subsidy by the Federal Government.
