The National Broadcasting Commission, (NBC), says it is partnering with Nigerian Communications Satellite, (NIGCOMSAT), agency to accelerate the process of digital switch-over, (DSO), in the country. The Director-General of the Commission, Malam Balarabe Ilelah, made the disclosure in a statement issued by Ekanem Antia, Deputy Director, Public Affairs of NBC, at the weekend, in Abuja. NCC orders telecom operators to block SIM cards without NIN

As Nigerians get 2 weeks deadline to submit their NIN for SIM registration update The Federal Government has said that any telecoms subscriber who fails to submit his/her National Identity Number (NIN) to its network provider would be blocked from the network from December 31.
