The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has stated that Nigerians should get a National Identity Number, (NIN) and submit to their network operators, (telcos). This was contained in a revised statement released by the Commission yesterday, which announced the suspension of sales and reactivation of new SIM cards.
