Two factions of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are again in conflict following plans by a group loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, to re-open the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja. The Wike-backed faction announced that it would reopen the party’s headquarters at Wadata Plaza tomorrow Monday.
