President Bola Tinubus special investigator probing the books of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Jim Obazee, has accused Ibrahim Gambari and Zainab Ahmed of involvement in mismanaging over N17 trillion in public funds in connivance with Godwin Emefiele.
