‘Only 50% of polling units in Nigeria have network coverage for e-transmission of results’ – NCC

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) says only about 50 percent of polling units in the country have the 3G network to transmit electoral results electronically. The Executive Vice-Chairman (EVC) of NCC, Umar Danbatta, disclosed this when he appeared before the house of representatives on Friday.
