Muslim Rights Concern, (MURIC), has declared that the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade has no power to appoint Chief Imam of the town. Kaduna: Court reinstates Piriga paramount ruler dethroned by el-Rufa’i

The National Industrial Court, sitting in Kaduna on Monday, nullified the dethronement of the paramount monarch of Piriga Chiefdom, Lere local government area, Chief Jonathan Pharaguwa Zamuna.
