President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dr Bernard Mohammed Doro, from Plateau State, as a Minister. Presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, who announced this in a statement yesterday, said the appointment is subject to confirmation by the 10th Senate.
