The Accountant-General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris,  yesterday said the £4.2m looted by the former governor of Delta State James Ibori has not been received. Buhari acts within statutory power to re-appoint AGF – Ngige

President Muhammadu Buhari has not contravened any law by reappointing Ahmed Idris, as the Accountant-General of the Federation (AGF), Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, has said.
