Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has nominated two allies of former Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, Barrister Kolapo Alimi, Olabiyi Odunlade and 23 others as commissioners.
At the plenary of Osun Assembly yesterday, Speaker Adewale Egbedun announced Adeleke sent the nominees as commissioners and Special Advisers to the lawmakers.
Two former Commissioners of former Governor Aregbesola made the list. They are: Barrister Kolapo Alimi, who was Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matter, and Biyi Odunlade, who served as Commissioner for Sport under Aregbesola.
Adeleke also nominated the wife of his late elder brother and ex-Governor Senator Isiaka Adeleke, Mrs. Adenike Folashade Adeleke ne Omidiran as Commissioner.
The former Osun chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Gani Olaoluwa also made the list.
