The Kaduna State House of Assembly has established a committee tasked with examining financial transactions, loans, grants, and project execution in former Governor Nasir el-Rufa’i’s administration. El-Rufa’i, a former Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, governed Kaduna State between the years 2015 and 2023. Kano: Anti-corruption agency files fresh charges against Ganduje

The Kano State Anti-Corruption and Public Complaints Commission has announced new corruption charges and mal-administration against an ex-Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje. According to the Commission’s chairman, Muhuyi Magaji, investigations uncovered the diversion of N51.3 billion from local government funds to unauthorised individuals during Ganduje’s tenure.
