The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, (NERC), on Friday, provided N21 billion for 11 electricity distribution companies, (DisCos), to bridge the metering gap. The amount, which will come from the Meter Acquisition Fund, (MAF), would enable the utilities to address the huge metering gap in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry, (NESI).
